The Air Conditioner Installation Kit for the Air Conditioning Rack is a versatile and durable bracket designed specifically for window air conditioning units. Constructed with heavy-duty steel and a high-quality powder coating finish, this bracket is built to withstand all weather conditions for extended outdoor use. It is compatible with window sills, bricks, cement, and solid wood, making it universally adaptable.

The adjustable two-piece slant support can hold up to 165 lbs for large window units ranging from 9,000 to 22,000 BTUs. With a maximum loading capacity of 85 lbs, the small bracket is suitable for window units from 5,000 to 12,000 BTUs. Please note that this bracket is not suitable for hollow aluminum, vinyl, or plastic sills.

To install the bracket, follow these simple steps: 1. Align the rubber non-slip mat with the 245° support frame A hole and tighten with M6-100 screws. 2. Align the 45° support frame A with the hole in 45° support frame B using M6-100 screws. 3. Mark the window sill, then drill screw holes and tap the expansion anchor into the newly drilled hole. 4. Align the middle hole of the K adjustment block 1 with the three newly drilled holes and tighten with the tapping screw. 5. Align the holes at L as shown in the figure provided. Align the mount to the sill and ensure the A/C support shelf clears all obstacles on the sill using rounded spacers, flat spacers, and blocks. 6. Place the end of the leg flat against the underside of the shelf and position the leg footpad against the exterior surface. Use the included hardware for installation.
