Please note that the Top Shelf A/C Bracket is compatible with single or double hung windows between 24" and 38" wide, but it will not work with slider, crank out, casement, or certain wood windows like the Anderson 400 series. Additionally, it is not suitable for slide-out A/C units. The bracket requires 10" of clearance below the window and is designed for walls with a thickness of 6" to 12". To ensure compatibility, measure the inside lower window frame to the exterior sill or ledge and verify that the Top Shelf A/C Bracket will fit your window.
